Who is responsible for your data

What data I collect and why

When you send the contact form I receive the information you enter: your name, work email, company and stage, and your message. I use it only to read and reply to your request and, if you ask for it, to discuss a possible collaboration.

The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and my legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are not loaded from third-party servers. Like any web server, the hosting provider may keep technical logs (such as IP address and time of access) for security and operation.

How long I keep it

I keep your message for as long as needed to handle your request and, if no collaboration follows, for no more than 24 months. If we work together, data needed for the contract and for tax and accounting obligations is kept for the periods required by law.

Who else processes your data

I rely on service providers to run this website and receive your messages: Netlify (hosting and form handling), Cloudflare (domain and email forwarding) and Google (email). They process data on my behalf. Some of them are based outside the European Economic Area, and transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. I do not sell your data or share it for marketing.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to me through the contact form. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).
